You’ll bring fresh thinking to washes, finishes and silhouettes, while ensuring each piece aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals. Working closely with Product Development, Production, Buying and Merchandising, you’ll be hands-on across the full design lifecycle and deeply involved in fit, fabrication and quality. What you’ll be doing Researching global trends, denim washes, finishes and techniques Designing and developing seasonal and core denim ranges Partnering with fabric suppliers, wash houses and manufacturers to achieve premium outcomes Creating clear, detailed tech packs and CADs Leading fit sessions and refining garments for optimal silhouette and comfort Managing samples, approvals and quality standards through to production Collaborating with Buying and Merch teams to ensure commercial success Contributing to sustainable denim initiatives where possible What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Denim Designer, or strong women’s fashion design experience with a denim focus Solid knowledge of denim fabrics, construction, washes and finishes Confidence creating detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of fit, pattern and garment construction A creative, trend-aware mindset balanced with commercial thinking Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, solutions-focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand that values creativity, quality and team culture — and where your denim expertise will truly be recognised.
