Job Description As a Houseperson , you play a vital support role within our Housekeeping team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the department and the presentation of our hotel. Your attention to detail and proactive approach contribute to creating a clean, organised and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and staying busy throughout their shift. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting Room Attendants by distributing linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies throughout the property Assisting with servicing guest rooms as required, including handling service requests and room refresh tasks Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of public areas, service areas and back-of-house spaces Assisting with the movement of linen trolleys, waste removal and general manual handling duties Responding promptly to guest requests and delivering items to rooms in a professional manner Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns to ensure a safe and well-presented environment Working closely with the Housekeeping team to help deliver a seamless guest experience
