Job Description As Conference & Events Executive, you will manage your own portfolio of events from sales handover through to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless delivery, strong client relationships and commercially successful outcomes. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, attention to detail and confident communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate conferences and events end-to-end, from confirmation to completion Prepare accurate event documentation and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Delphi Lead client planning meetings and site inspections Maintain professional, timely communication across all client interactions Deliver events in line with agreed service standards and departmental KPIs Manage deposits, billing and final account reconciliation Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure seamless execution Uphold exceptional attention to detail across all event processes
