Job Description Dawson Mine has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mining Supervisor: Dragline to join the Production team on a permanent basis, based in Moura, QLD. This role will have you oversee and supervise a team of Dragline Operators operating our BE1370 and Marion 8200 Draglines to produce Steelmaking Coal. You will be responsible for: Coordination of personnel, equipment and resources within Dragline operations. Ensure site dragline activities are undertaken in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner in line with agreed operational standards and targets working as one team. Enforce plan compliance and promote engineer and operator engagement to ensure that the business can meet production targets. Ensure compliance with statutory legislative requirements.
