The facility features a large natural playground, shaded by tall trees and supplemented with shade covers, providing a comfortable and safe outdoor environment. With strong community involvement, we foster connections and partnerships that enhance the overall experience for the children and their families. • Design and deliver a high-quality, play-based education program aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard. • Maintain a safe, healthy environment in line with Workplace Health and Safety requirements. • Lead and coach Educators to strengthen curriculum knowledge and pedagogy. • Develop strong, reciprocal relationships with children, families, and community partners. • Contribute to Centre goals and business plans through strong organisational leadership.
