As Educational Leader, you will be the resident pedagogue, leading, implementing and supporting high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning across our 75-place centre. Working closely with the Centre Director and educators, you will: • Lead the development and implementation of effective educational programs • Guide pedagogy in line with the EYLF, National Quality Framework and NQS • Coach and mentor educators through observation, reflective conversations and modelling best practice • Foster a culture of critical reflection and continuous improvement • Champion inclusive practice and ensure every child can actively participate and belong • Contribute meaningfully to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan, particularly in Quality Areas 1, 3 and 5 Why This Role Is So Rewarding This is more than a title.
