Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the EI Technician is responsible for ensuring the achievement of defined maintenance quality standards and meeting planned maintenance and operational requirements, whilst ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental System Policies and Standards are adhered to. The primary responsibilities include: • Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment. • Diagnose and repair complex equipment faults and breakdowns. • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and update job status, hours, and technical findings in SAP/CMMS. • Monitor work progress against plans and report any deviations to the Maintenance Supervisor/Planner. • Perform commissioning checks in line with guidelines and with the asset owner when required. • Identify and report recurring failures or downtime trends. • Support shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities.
