Description Lead the FP&A function in a standalone role with broad organisational visibility and hands‑on responsibility. Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate, timely insights to inform organisational planning. Deliver high‑quality financial analysis and modelling to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Manage month‑end reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance commentary. Partner closely with the Head of Finance to deliver meaningful financial insights and strengthen financial governance. Engage proactively with cross‑functional stakeholders to support data‑driven decisions. Contribute to process improvement, enhanced financial systems, and operational efficiency initiatives. Work within a hybrid model (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) Profile A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification (completed or near completion) highly regarded. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong knowledge of financial modelling and budgeting techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. A track record of working effectively in the Not For Profit sector is advantageous. Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
