Position: Territory Finance Manager The Opportunity As a Territory Finance Manager , you'll play a critical role in enabling equipment, parts and service sales by delivering customer centric finance solutions. Working closely with dealers, field sales teams and customers, you'll combine strong relationship-building skills with data driven insights to support profitable growth and enable the sale of John Deere Equipment. You'll drive finance volume and share by making finance a seamless, value adding adding part of the sales conversation for dealers and customers. This role is evolving with increased use of data, analytics, AI and virtual engagement and is ideal for someone who can influence without authority, think commercially, and position finance as a key enabler in the sales process. This is a Queensland based field role, working from a home based office with up to 50% domestic travel. What You'll Do Partner with dealers and field sales teams to grow adoption of John Deere Financial retail and wholesale products Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and support sales action planning Act as a subject matter expert for finance solutions across the dealer network Support and deliver finance education and training for dealers and internal stakeholders Build strong customer relationships to create tailored, value adding finance solutions Contribute to new product and service development aligned to market needs Represent John Deere Financial at dealer meetings, industry events and trade shows Share competitor and market insights to help shape offers, pricing conversations and dealer action planning.
