You'll work alongside high-performing sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in quoting, pricing strategy, customer engagement and major project support without the pressure of cold calling. About the role As a Internal Sales & Quoting Specialist, you'll be the engine room behind our Queensland sales operation. You'll support our external sales team, branches and Major Projects division to deliver accurate, competitive and commercially sound hire solutions. You will: Process commercial quotes for the external sales team and branch network Provide enquiry, administrative and compliance support to Queensland priority accounts Support Major Projects with pricing, quoting and tender submissions Convert referred and priority opportunities into hires Follow up on quoted opportunities to maximise conversion and margin Cultivate relationships with un-managed and declining accounts Coordinate logistics, transport providers and re-hires Apply market knowledge and pricing strategy to ensure the "right" price is quoted Maintain accurate records and complete relevant reporting This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to sales strategy, commercial decision-making and customer relationship management in a structured, supportive environment.
