Position Summary: Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the Australian Superannuation industry and proven OMNI functional expertise. Demonstrates exceptional client management abilities, effective escalation handling, and thorough status reporting. Additionally, actively participates in drafting and designing detailed requirements. Mandatory Skills: -Having deep insight of Australian Retirement Industry and have at least 7-9 years working experience as Business Analyst specially in Super Annuation area -Functional understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by multiple applications or technologies within the FIS Omni suite of products like OmniPlus, OmniTrade, OmniPay, OmniDVW, OmniLink, OAW etc. -Good experience of business features on OmniPlus , such as Loans, Eligibility, Service, Enrollments, Payroll Processing, Expense Billing, Fees, etc. -Have performed Business Analysis for client projects involving Omni applications. -Participated in different stages of the software development lifecycle, especially: oCustomer interaction/Product owner and Business requirement gathering oCreation FRD/BRD and support tech team in ambiguity clarification, technical requirement document builds and High level design review oReview of functional test cases, support defect classification and verification of functional test execution & expected outcome -Experience in working on both on-prem Omni and hosted Omni in SaaS model -Having deep understanding & working experience of Agile methodologies and ceremonies Duties and Responsibilities: -Guiding team members as Lead Business Analyst and have experience in managing a team Business analyst co-located or at different geo locations -Having good communication skill & experience in holding customer discussion, status report creation & presentations, escalation management and co-ordination between teams located at different geographical locations Qualifications & Certifications (Optional): -Total experience range of 10-19 years as Business Analyst on FIS Omni suite of products. -Brisbane (Australia) location preferred. But open to other locations in Australia as well.
