Our client is a growing Facilities Management organisation partnering with prestigious education providers. They are seeking an experienced Turf Manager to manage and maintain the grounds across two school sites located within the City of Casey. This is a permanent, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in presenting high-quality grounds, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is looking to grow their career within a supportive and expanding FM business. You will work alongside a team of specialists while maintaining beautiful, high-profile grounds in a professional education environment. Key Responsibilities Perform regular turf maintenance including mowing, weed control, fertilisation and nutrition management Monitor turf health and proactively identify and resolve issues Implement and maintain sustainable turf management practices Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery, ensuring safety and optimal performance Manage irrigation systems, including monitoring and maintenance Work closely with the Site Manager to coordinate schedules, prioritise tasks and deliver exceptional results Assist with event set-ups as required Assist the Building Maintenance Team with general maintenance when required Collaborate with the broader facilities team and support FM activities when needed About You Certificate III in Turf Management or equivalent is essential Strong, hands-on experience in turf management is essential Chemical User Accreditation A genuine passion for the turf and grounds industry, with pride in delivering consistently high standards Work Environment and Conditions Team-focused and collaborative culture Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload across two sites Approachable, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Outdoor, hands-on role involving physical tasks such as lifting, bending and kneeling Regular operation of turf and grounds equipment including ride-on mowers, blowers and whipper snippers Valid driver's licence, WWCC and Police Check are mandatory Why Join?
