About the Job We have an opportunity to join the team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will get the opportunity oversee a team to deliver great service and high-quality food, while managing the smooth running, cleaning and sanitation of our food and beverage venue. Responsibilities Lead front-of-house with a focus on positive team culture and exceptional customer service Ensure quality food and drinks, stock control, and RSA/food safety/RCG compliance Manage daily operations including rosters, training, and team development Maintain high hygiene standards using safe and approved cleaning practices Champion and promote a safe, compliant workplace by following WHS procedures About You RSA, RCG, and Food Safety training/accreditation (or willingness to obtain); HACCP knowledge is a bonus Confident team leader with experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and giving clear, constructive feedback Strong organisational and admin skills, with a good understanding of cost control and budgeting Great communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment Physically fit and comfortable with active work: lifting, standing, cooking, cleaning, and using kitchen equipment safely
