We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to deliver infill development sites while also supporting larger masterplanned projects across Queensland's high-growth corridors. T he Opportunity: You'll partner with senior leadership to champion infill and site repositioning projects , guiding them from acquisition through approvals and construction to final delivery. This is your chance to transform underutilised sites into high-quality urban communities while expanding your hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. Your Responsibilities: Lead feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence for infill and greenfield sites Reposition underutilised sites to maximise value and development potential Coordinate planning approvals, authority negotiations, and stakeholder engagement Manage project budgets, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation Oversee consultants, contractors, and key internal stakeholders Prepare project reports, board papers, and development updates Support construction delivery programs across multiple stages What We're Looking For: 3 years' experience in property development, construction, or project management (infill and site repositioning experience highly regarded) Tertiary qualifications in Property, Urban Planning, Construction, or similar Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from acquisition through to delivery Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for property development Why Join This Developer?
