This is an outstanding opportunity to work on premium projects, lead a team, and make a real impact on high-end residential developments. About the Role: Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Assist the Site Manager with planning, scheduling, and workflow management. Mentor and develop tradespeople and apprentices. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately. Maintain a strong focus on site safety, compliance, and efficiency. About You: Proven experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman, or Senior Tradesperson in luxury townhouse or residential projects. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage small teams. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety requirements. A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in the day-to-day work. Relevant qualifications or tickets (White Card, OH&S, trade qualifications preferred).
