Head Of Sales & Growth | National Expansion | Virginia QLD Salary $140,000 - $170,000 Car Bonus Staged Incentives Our client is a fast-growing Australian business operating across industrial services and training/compliance, with an ambitious expansion strategy and significant revenue targets over the next three years. They are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager, an absolute high-performer, to lead growth initiatives, build high-performing teams, and drive substantial revenue outcomes across multiple regions. This is a build, scale and execute opportunity. The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple operational regions, identifying and executing commercial opportunities while building strong sales teams beneath you. The focus is on scaling revenue, building synergy between service and training divisions, and driving expansion into new markets including Government and mining. Key revenue targets for growth include: Brisbane: $15M revenue target (FY26/27) Gold Coast / Northern NSW: $10M revenue target Expansion of training/compliance branches aligned to each service location ($5M per branch initially) Development of Australian-made products into a potential $20M annual revenue stream within Government and mining sectors Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across industrial services and training/compliance Develop and execute Government and mining contract opportunities Assist in identifying expansion opportunities in additional geographic markets (including servicing mining regions from established hubs) Formulate and manage sales budgets, forecasts and revenue plans Lead structured sales meetings and performance reviews Team Building & Leadership Build and scale high-performing sales teams Create clear accountability, structure and performance metrics Drive a culture focused on execution, results and growth Expansion & National Growth Contribute to and execute a 3-year growth strategy Support establishment of additional sales teams in Sydney, Perth and Adelaide Build scalable sales systems to support long-term national expansion About You We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven individual who wants to build something significant.
