You’ll work closely with agency Principals, guide onboarding, review performance, drive operational excellence, and act as the bridge between partners and internal teams. This is a relationship-led role with real impact. What You’ll Do: Own a portfolio of partner agencies and be their main point of contact. Build trusted relationships with agency principals and help them hit their growth goals Lead partner onboarding and ensure agencies are fully embedded in to the team Run regular performance reviews covering listings, audits, and marketing initiatives Drive retention by delivering clear value, accountability, and great service Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to improve systems and scale success Act as the voice of our partners — spotting issues, opportunities, and improvements Deliver training and performance coaching to our remote professional network What We’re Looking For: Real Estate experience is a must!
