This role is suited to a Site Manager who enjoys structured delivery, clear sequencing, and being trusted to run their site properly. You’ll oversee fitout projects from site establishment through to handover, working with reliable subcontractors and a capable project team that values preparation over panic. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations across commercial fitout projects Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site logistics efficiently Maintain programme, quality, and safety standards throughout delivery Communicate clearly with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders Manage handovers and defect rectification to completion About You Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects Comfortable managing projects valued up to $20M Strong sequencing, coordination, and on-site leadership capability Solid understanding of WHS and quality requirements Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $150K–$160K Super Perth metro projects only — no FIFO or travel Well-supported role with realistic programmes and expectations Stable contractor with a consistent pipeline of work Long-term opportunity for a Site Manager who wants continuity If you’re a Fitout Site Manager who values well-run projects, clear expectations, and proper support , this is a role worth exploring.
