As part of this growth, we’re hiring a Technical Lead / Founding Engineer as well as multiple Senior Software Engineers to form the foundation of the Sydney team. These hires will play a critical role in shaping technical direction, setting engineering standards, and establishing a high-performing local team from the ground up. Who we’re looking for: A senior, hands-on Technical Lead who has operated at Lead level (or stepped into a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager capacity) and is motivated by blending deep technical ownership with team building and mentorship. This role will also progress into an Engineering Manager position Strong Senior Engineers who thrive in ownership-driven environments and are excited by the opportunity to build and scale something meaningful from an early stage.
