The Opportunity As an early engineering hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of a rapidly evolving product. This is more than just a coding role — you’ll contribute to architectural design and decisions, collaborate closely with product and design, and help build a high-performing engineering culture. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and delivering high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions end-to-end Researching, ideating and implementing technical solutions that solve real customer problems Collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into effective technical outcomes Reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and contributing to best-practice development standards Supporting and evolving systems as the platform scales What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in backend development (Node.js, relational databases, AWS or similar cloud platforms) 3 years’ experience in frontend development (TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, GraphQL) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity A practical mindset that balances speed and quality A passion for clean, maintainable code Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical decisions Computer Science degree or similar Why Join?
