About the Role : The Production Operator role involves general work around the factory where we make mattresses - we will rotate you from task to task, so you learn multiple functions to help the team. Responsibilities: Follow all company instructions relating to safety Operating tape edge machine Ensure build quality up to company standards Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Report daily production output to the production supervisor About You: Must have experience as a Production Operator or Tape Edger Manufacturing production experience (preferred but not essential) Reliable transport Able to understand and follow instructions Physically fit (able to lift up to 25 kgs) Safety conscious Benefits: Regular overtime opportunities Penalty rates Staff discounts 6 am starts, finish early Fridays!
