Position Overview Prometheus ePAS solution streamlines the entire Permit‑to‑Work process by replacing manual paperwork with a fast, automated digital workflow that improves safety, boosts efficiency, and reduces operational risk. With real‑time visibility, consistent rule enforcement, and significantly reduced permit and isolation processing time, ePAS helps teams work smarter, minimise delays, and achieve immediate, measurable value. As a Senior Project Manager supporting this product, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of the Professional Services team by driving operational consistency, project plan hygiene, and scalable processes across project delivery teams. This role focuses on mentoring, operational coordination, and driving team effectiveness through systems and structure. This highly visible role will serve as a strategic extension of leadership—facilitating team meetings, assisting with capacity planning, and providing onboarding support for new Project Managers. You will lead complex customer implementation projects across our SaaS platform, including software deployments, consulting engagements, training programs, and custom development initiatives. You will serve as a strategic partner to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands a high level of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship management to drive successful outcomes and long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain team-level Asana portfolios, templates, and resource libraries to support scalable project delivery. Monitor and enforce hygiene standards across project plans and associated systems (e.g., Asana, Jira). Assess and address process gaps to improve efficiency and consistency across the project management team, in partnership with the ServiceOps team. Serve as a Project Manager with an individual book of customer implementation projects. Lead weekly team meetings to review project statuses, flag risks, and resolve roadblocks. Assist with team-wide triage of escalations and ensure follow-up and visibility to leadership. Partner with leadership on capacity planning, including helping assign projects based on bandwidth and skillsets. Mentor and guide new team members through onboarding and ongoing support Lead and facilitate team trainings on internal tools, systems, and best practices Approve PTO requests and track availability for effective resource planning Qualifications 10 years of professional experience in a Project and/or Product Management role 3-5 years of professional experience in an asset-intensive industry (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining) 1-3 years in software project management/software delivery is a plus Technical & Industry Credentials PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification – strengthens credibility in structured project delivery and governance. Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP) – valuable given cross‑functional software delivery components. ITIL certification – helpful for roles involving process, service management, and operations alignment. Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle EAM, or similar. Familiarity with safety‑critical or compliance‑heavy environments (API/IOGP/ISO standards), especially for clients in oil & gas, mining, and manufacturing.
