The Program Coordinator supports our Program Manager as an integral part of the PMO by creating visibility across schedules, risks, decisions and reporting, ensuring leadership has the right information at the right time. From senior level governance packs to the day today rhythm of program coordination, this role is the steady hand behind smooth delivery and confident decision making. Work between our Mill St and Jandakot offices. What Success Looks Like Accurate, timely and trusted reporting for leaders and Steering Committees. End‑to‑end visibility across program schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. Governance and coordination that run seamlessly, supported by consistent processes and high‑quality artefacts. Well‑structured, current and easily accessible documentation in the right systems (SharePoint, Teams). Early surfacing of risks, constraints and improvement opportunities, enabling smooth delivery with no surprises. What You Bring Qualifications Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management or Business Administration (desirable). Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Commerce, Engineering or similar (preferred, not essential). Project management training such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile foundations (desirable). Your Background Experience supporting complex programs or multiple concurrent projects within structured governance, with exposure to PMO frameworks, reporting cycles and lifecycle controls. Strong capability in schedule tracking, financial tracking and producing high‑quality consolidated reports and executive/SteerCo reporting. High proficiency with collaboration and document‑management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational discipline, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
