About our role: As the Site Controller for our Rowville Site, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to the factory leadership team, ensuring robust internal controls and cost performance. You will own site reporting cycles, budgets and forecasts, collaborate across departments to identify savings opportunities, and provide insight that drives operational efficiency. From variance analysis to capital business cases and management tools, you’ll translate data into decisions and help leaders deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong internal financial controls and ensure accurate, timely data flow through SAP. Execute month‑end processes: accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. Oversee purchasing accuracy in SAP POs, receipting, cost tracking, and accruals. Participate in site meetings and stay connected to factory operations to provide relevant financial insights. Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and support annual budgeting. Produce weekly site performance reports across volumes, labour, utilities, and material usage. Prepare insightful month‑end dashboards with clear analysis of costs, efficiency, and waste. Investigate discrepancies, validate factory performance, and act as the finance "eyes and ears" on site. Support continuous improvement through analysis, savings initiatives, capital reviews, and ad‑hoc management support. About you: To succeed as a Site Controller, you must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/Commercial Accounting, or Engineering (CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA is a plus). With at least 4 years’ experience in management control roles (ideally within manufacturing or FMCG), you bring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with ERP systems, especially SAP. You demonstrate high integrity and ethical standards, possess strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, and approach challenges with a strategic, proactive mindset. Your excellent collaboration and team-building skills enable you to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings. You balance accuracy with speed, navigating complex situations through clear analysis, and excel when partnering with leaders to drive performance. Your strong communication skills and genuine team spirit help you build simple, reliable reporting that others trust.
