You’ll work standard hours in a live environment, managing trades and site teams, and making sure the job stays on track. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive crew with strong on-site resources to help you succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Managing trades, subcontractors, and your site team Coordinating site logistics and consultants Owning programme, safety, quality, and finishes Reporting to senior leadership while running the site independently What You Bring Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects Strong programme and team management skills Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to step in quickly Experience in live or operational environments highly regarded Interested?
