Our client is a well-regarded national law firm with a strong and growing Sydney presence. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation & Insolvency lawyer (5 years’ PQE) to join their collaborative and high-performing team. The Role You will work on a broad mix of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including: Commercial litigation and general insolvency matters Contract disputes and enforcement proceedings Insolvency work acting for lenders and suppliers, including large, litigation-savvy lenders Recovery and possession matters (with junior support) Strata and property disputes, including enforcement applications Predominantly Australian-based matters You will work closely with a Sydney-based Partner in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency, supported by a capable local team and paralegal assistance.
