In this role, you’ll act as the key strategic interface between ICT and business stakeholders, shaping technology direction, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring ICT services are secure, resilient, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction across ICT services, platforms, and operations Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver technology-enabled outcomes Lead organisational ICT planning, roadmaps, policies, and standards aligned to best practice Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused ICT team Oversee architecture, service design, delivery, support, and continuous improvement Manage ICT budgets, resources, and vendor engagements What You’ll Bring: Proven experience leading multidisciplinary ICT teams in complex, fast-moving environments Strong track record delivering strategic business outcomes through technology Experience overseeing enterprise ICT services, infrastructure, and applications Demonstrated success in managing ICT budgets and resource planning Strong risk identification and mitigation capability Qualifications & Requirements Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience) Must have a working with children check and a current police check.
