I'm seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile IT stream within a major accommodation transformation project. This is a key delivery role working within a well-established Business Readiness Practice that partners closely with portfolio and project leaders to drive meaningful organisational change. This engagement will suit a business analyst who combines strong business analysis fundamentals with solid technical IT awareness, and who thrives in environments where stakeholder engagement, structured thinking, and clear documentation are critical to success. What you'll be doing Lead requirements discovery and validation across business and technology stakeholders Perform current state / future state analysis and impact assessments Translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts and reports Support solution evaluation from both business and technical perspectives Contribute to project delivery planning and governance Drive people, process, and change readiness activities Build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape What we're looking for Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT-enabled transformation or implementation projects Strong capability in: Requirements gathering & workshop facilitation Technical and business impact assessment Process analysis & improvement High-quality documentation and report writing Demonstrated project delivery exposure (working within structured frameworks) Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management awareness Ability to operate with discretion in a confidential, high-visibility program environment What's on offer High-profile, business-critical program of work Collaborative and mature delivery environment Competitive daily rate Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential Why apply?
