We are seeking a Executive Team Assistant to join an exciting and Dynamic Team. Role Responsibilities: This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role aligned to one specific leader; the primary focus is building and managing a 12–18 month Stores calendar and leading execution of major events. Own end-to-end planning and delivery of key initiatives, including VP visits, Peak Holidays, Leadership Offsites, and Lunch & Learns. Provide EA coverage (e.g., calendar management, general support) only as needed when other EAs are out of office. Quickly assess the business landscape, identify priorities, and proactively map out all upcoming events to enable forward planning. Partner closely with EAs and cross-functional stakeholders to align on timelines, logistics, and execution details. Operate with flexibility as the role evolves, supporting new initiatives and adapting to changes as the team pilots new approaches.
