A key part of this work includes supporting our national scribing services, delivered by a connected community of more than 70 specialist scribe consultants across Australia. The role As the Client Services Officer within our People Solutions team, you play a central role in keeping projects moving smoothly and people connected. You will: Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence via the team’s shared inbox Organise, coordinate, and confirm recruitment and scribing projects, managing calendars to support efficiency and delivery Liaise with our national scribe community to confirm availability, support engagement, and foster a strong shared community culture Prepare and distribute project documentation and communications Schedule assessment and delivery activities, coordinating people and resources internally and externally Manage accurate data entry and administration across multiple systems About you We are looking for high-performing administrators who enjoy working in a professional, people-focused environment.
