Langtree’s Machinery now has two fully equipped workshops, Townsville (HQ) and Adelaide. Langtree’s Machinery is currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities: General servicing and maintenance of vehicles Carry out all repairs according to manufacturer specifications Document work completed on each repair order to ensure accurate information transfer Rectification of different types of diesel vehicle mechanical, electrical, electronic systems after accident repair. Rebuilding/Replacement of Diesel Engines, Transmissions and Fuel Systems Remove, replace and refit associated electrical and electronic systems Diagnose and service mechanical faults Demonstrating and maintaining clean workshop practices in your day to day role and ensuring that these practices meet the high standards held by the workshop team Maintain safe working conditions and practices Working efficiently and accurately and in line with company policy and procedure. Skills & Experience Relevant trade qualification At least 2 years of relevant experience Able to adhere to WH&S regulations always and be safety conscious in all aspects of your work Ability to work as a team player and work unsupervised Service and diagnostic experience If you meet the above criteria please apply now.
