We're recruiting on behalf of a busy, well-run hospitality venue in Western Sydney that's looking to take on a motivated Apprentice Chef who's serious about building a long-term career in the kitchen. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn proper systems, standards, and service in a supportive, professional environment. The Role You'll be trained across all key areas of the kitchen, including: Food prep, portioning, and basic cooking Assisting chefs during service Plating and presentation support Stock rotation, labelling, and storage Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards Cleaning and station organisation You'll work closely with experienced chefs who are invested in your development.
