The Capability & Growth Consultant supports key people initiatives across leadership development, workforce planning, talent and succession, and performance management. You’ll help deliver projects, provide insights through data and analysis, and work closely with leaders to build capability across the fund. Key Responsibilities Support leadership and capability frameworks, programs and assessments Contribute to workforce planning data, analysis and action planning Assist with talent identification, succession planning and reporting Help improve performance and development processes and evaluation Provide project coordination and BAU support across capability initiatives Partner with leaders and stakeholders, sharing insights and best practice Recommend continuous improvements using trends, data and employee insights
