Speech Pathologist – Perth Functional Therapy Co. is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing team at our Perth clinic. This role is available part-time or full-time and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse paediatric caseload within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment . Your New Role In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised, evidence-based intervention plans Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, fluency, voice, and/or swallowing goals Monitor, measure, and report on client progress Collaborate with key stakeholders including Doctors, Paediatricians, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, families, and educators to provide holistic care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities Deliver services through a hybrid model , including participant homes, schools, community settings, our North Perth clinic, and telehealth What We’re Looking For Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology Eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist, ideally within a paediatric clinical or community setting Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams A genuine commitment to high-quality, client-centred care Confidence using electronic health record systems and relevant software What We Offer Competitive salary with generous salary packaging and superannuation Low KPI expectations (4.5 sessions per day) to support work-life balance Ongoing professional development, training, and clinical supervision A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture Flexible hybrid service delivery , allowing you to structure your role to suit your preferred working style—consistent or dynamic
