We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to provide specialist facilities management expertise and lead the delivery of accommodation and facility related projects. This role oversees both new developments and refurbishment programs, ensuring high quality, efficient, and well planned infrastructure outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and estimate project costs, resources, and timelines for accommodation and facility upgrades. Contribute to strategic planning and priority setting for corporate facilities. Prepare appropriation requests and benefit submissions for minor and major capital works. Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Engage and manage consultants, architects, and engineers to support design and approval processes. Oversee external contractors delivering construction and refurbishment works. Provide specialist advice on corporate accommodation standards and best practice strategies. Work closely with Property teams to align organisational accommodation needs. Identify and implement cost saving opportunities through efficient accommodation solutions. Develop design briefs, specifications, and tender documentation. Manage service provider contracts for corporate? occupied spaces. Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain project documentation in line with Records Management requirements. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards. Key Selection Criteria Significant experience in project management and construction, ideally across large or complex projects. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors. Strong facilities management experience, including office and commercial fitout works, within a large organisational environment.
