Our practitioners are highly skilled in: Functional assessment and skills-based intervention Reducing and eliminating restrictive practices Supporting families, carers, and support staff We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Practitioner to bring their skills, insight, and compassion to our growing team. In this role, you will: Provide behaviour support consultation Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans Deliver training and guidance to support teams Continue building your expertise in Positive Behaviour Support You’ll be well supported with ongoing professional supervision, professional development, and the opportunity to grow your scope and confidence within a collaborative, experienced team.
