Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Banquets Kitchen team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences for world-class meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. As our new Chef de Partie, you will bring strong culinary skills across a range of techniques and a creative flair for producing outstanding dishes at scale. You will be confident working across multiple kitchen sections — including grill, larder, and pastry — producing high-quality cuisine using the finest seasonal Australian produce for a wide variety of events, from corporate functions to luxury celebrations.
