Job Summary In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end process of home loan settlements, ensuring all documentation, payments and disbursements are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with lenders, solicitors, brokers and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant settlement experience for our customers. About the Role Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage settlement process, ensuring all legal, financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Prepare, review and reconcile settlement statements, financials and documentation to ensure all details are correct prior to settlement. Coordinate with lenders, clients, brokers, solicitors and internal teams to gather required documents and resolve pre‑settlement issues promptly. Process and oversee disbursements, source funds and payment instructions, ensuring all transactions meet SLA and compliance standards. Manage PEXA transactions including invitations, conversations, source fund balancing and settlement monitoring within agreed timeframes. Attend to physical settlements when required, lodging registerable documents and processing cheques in line with Risk Policy. Ensure all systems and records are accurately updated post‑settlement, including issuing post‑settlement letters and maintaining personal workflow queues. Support continuous improvement by identifying risks or process gaps and escalating compliance breaches or irregularities when required. Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and meet operational performance standards. Uphold regulatory, industry and internal policy compliance by staying updated on requirements, completing mandatory learning, and protecting sensitive data. About You You have exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and compliance. You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and you can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, lenders, brokers, solicitors and internal teams. You can effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. You bring strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate issues calmly and professionally. You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new systems and processes. You must have full working rights in Australia.
