Our client is requiring a part time Payroll Officer to work with the Payroll Specialist, to manage their fortnightly payroll. 8 – 12 week assignment part time position assignment will see you using your MicrOpay skills to ensure smooth payrun. On a day to day basis, this role will involve: Processing fortnightly payroll 160 employees Using MicrOpay payroll software system Onboarding new employees in payroll using ConnX Prepare documentation as it relates to Superannuation and Workcover Liaising with staff on payroll related enquiries Generate reports from payroll such as turnover stats, leavers, starters, annual leave accruals etc. Assisting with end of month which involves preparing reports To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent knowledge in MicrOpay Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point) essential Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills A good team player Ability to manage competing deadlines Hourly rate: $45-$50 per hour, depending on experience If you would like to apply for this role, press on the apply button, or for a confidential discussion, please contact Haroula on 0435 823 841.
