Description How you can make an impact We’re looking for a trainee/graduate accountant to join our Bundaberg taxation team. As part of our team, you’ll gain exposure to real client work and develop both technical and professional skills alongside experienced mentors. We offer ongoing training, and a clear pathway for progression. You will Be hands on (no boring filing/arching tasks in this role). You will learn how to prepare financial statements, tax returns, monthly and quarterly activity statements and much more. Learn how to operate accounting systems. Skills And Experiences You have Trainees | be actively studying/enrolled a Bachelor of Business/Accounting or similar degree, OR looking at completing the CA Pathways Programs. Graduates | Completed 2-3 years of an Accounting Degree or a recent graduate with a relevant degree. Graduates | Understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax legislation Preference that you have some experience with using MYOB AE, MYOB AccountRight, Xero, and System Release software. Well-presented with excellent communication abilities and a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service.
