Description Project Management Cadet Company: BGIS Location: Mascot, NSW 2020 Employment Type: Casual (Hybrid) About the Role As a Project Management Cadet, you’ll work on-site with the BGIS team to support the planning, coordination and delivery of real-world capital, infrastructure and maintenance projects. You’ll gain exposure across project phases, collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders, and build practical skills in project execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning, scheduling and tracking project tasks, deliverables and milestones. Support project documentation, reporting and communication with stakeholders and contractors. Attend site meetings, capture notes, and assist in coordinating trades and subcontractors. Help monitor budgets, costs, and project progress against timelines. Support compliance with WHSE, quality and regulatory requirements on site, incl Aid in risk identification and resolution under guidance from senior project staff. What You’ll Bring Working towards or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related field. Strong organisational skills with a keen interest in project delivery and problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project software is a plus. A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn on the job. Why BGIS?
