The Opportunity Join a leading community housing provider and manage a diverse tenancy portfolio that directly improves resident outcomes. You will support prospective and current tenants, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of service and record keeping. What You’ll Do • Manage applications, interviews, sign ups and rent reviews • Complete entry, routine and exit inspections • Monitor and manage arrears with clear, timely communication • Respond to and resolve tenant queries with empathy and professionalism • Maintain accurate records in tenancy management software and prepare reports for internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act and organisational policies • Prepare for and represent the organisation at QCAT, submit applications for orders and implement outcomes • Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up through to completion • Build and maintain relationships with service providers and external stakeholders • Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to a supportive team environment • Participate in ongoing training and professional development What You Bring Essential • Experience in tenancy or property management, ideally in community housing or social housing • Working knowledge of RTA requirements and experience with QCAT processes • Strong written and verbal communication with confident conflict resolution skills • High attention to detail with reliable record keeping and time management • Ability to work with people experiencing financial stress, housing stress or complex needs • Proficient with tenancy management or property software and Microsoft Office • Current driver licence and the ability to travel locally for inspections Desirable • Experience collaborating with support services and community organisations • Knowledge of Queensland State Housing regulations and WHS obligations • Familiarity with common community housing tenancy systems Salary and Benefits • SCHADS Level 3 salary, circa $75,000 plus super • Salary packaging benefits that typically lift total package value to over $93,000 per year • Supportive team culture with training and development • Purpose driven work with visible community impact Ready to make a difference?
