Senior Cabinet Maker Required | Full-Time | South-Western Sydney | $80,000 - $100,000 Super The Company An established and highly regarded commercial joinery manufacturer based in South-Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This business delivers high-end bespoke joinery solutions across commercial offices, retail environments, healthcare facilities, government projects and hospitality fit-outs. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued investment in advanced manufacturing technology, they are looking for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision workmanship and leadership on the factory floor. The Role As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you will play a key role in the production and assembly of high-quality commercial joinery. You will work closely with production managers, estimators, and installers to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and work from detailed shop drawings and cutting lists Manufacture and assemble custom commercial joinery Operate CNC machinery and other workshop equipment (edge banders, panel saws, etc.) Ensure accuracy, quality control, and attention to fine detail Mentor junior cabinet makers and apprentices Liaise with production and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow Maintain a safe and organised workspace in line with WHS standards About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial joinery manufacturing Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience working with a range of materials including laminates, veneers, solid timber, acrylics and composite boards Confidence operating modern workshop machinery (CNC experience highly regarded) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Leadership capability and willingness to support apprentices What's On Offer Salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 superannuation (commensurate with experience) Secure, full-time position with consistent workflow Modern workshop with advanced CNC machinery and technology Supportive and professional team environment Long-term career progression opportunities Stable company with a strong reputation in commercial construction Why Apply?
