About the Role Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience holding current AHPRA Registration seeking a permanent part time role that offers growth and development? Key responsibilities include: Assist the Care Coordinator with clinical documentation, planning, and leadership of the care team Lead and support new consumer admissions and care planning Communicate with families, allied health and other care partners Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and staff Actively engage in quality and risk management activities About You AHPRA Registration as RN with experience in aged care or subacute care Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times. Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance.
