Description Job Purpose We are currently seeking a Systems and Optimisation Specialist to join our team based in Port Botany, NSW. In this role, you will apply structured problem-solving methodologies to implement systems and process improvements that enhance business performance and build organisational capability. You will support and optimise operational systems across the business, identify improvement opportunities through performance analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with existing processes, capabilities, and accountabilities. Key Responsibilities: Act as systems super user and key contact, managing issues, configuration, onboarding (EDI), vendor SLAs, and ensuring data integrity and zero revenue leakage. Support system implementations, including testing, training, reporting, and maintaining system performance. Analyse workflows and systems to identify improvements and remove outdated manual processes. Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase revenue, and enhance data visibility. Assist or lead projects, defining scope, managing stakeholders, risks, vendors, and transition plans. Provide timely reporting and ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Business or Project Management Experience in delivering system implementations and supporting project lifecycles. Background in logistics and supply chain with extensive experience using Containerchain, 1-Stop, and Warehouse/Transport Management Systems. Strong relationship management and customer service focus, with excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with strong attention to detail.
