Our Information Management and Technology department is seeking a Information Management and Technology Project Officer. Purpose: Support the delivery of ICT projects and initiatives across Council through effective project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and continuous improvement of business systems and digital services. Facilitate successful adoption of new technologies through structured change management and training activities. About the role: Coordinate and support the planning, delivery and evaluation of ICT projects to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into project requirements and deliverables. Lead and support change management activities, including communications, impact assessments, readiness tasks, and end‑user training to ensure successful adoption of new or upgraded systems. About you: You have a tertiary qualification in IT, project management or related discipline, or equivalent practical ICT project delivery experience. You bring proven ability to support ICT projects from planning through to implementation, including change management and user‑focused outcomes. You demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
