About The Role We are seeking a genuine team player to join our Beaudesert branch team as our Personal Banking Team Leader. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fresh start to the New Year and has experience in financial services or banking. As a Personal Banking Team Leader, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional, personalised customer service, while coaching and empowering your team to do the same. You’ll guide customers through financial solutions tailored to their needs and play a key role in promoting Queensland Country Bank’s products and services in a proactive, community-focused way. This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.
