What you’ll be doing: Warmly greet guests on arrival and departure Assist with luggage collection, delivery and group movements Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel facilities Share local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions and transport Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles Maintain a clean, welcoming and safe lobby environment Support the Concierge and Front Office teams during busy periods Handle guest requests, queries and concerns with confidence and care Uphold Accor’s Heartist values and promote our services and offerings
