As our Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll be the on floor leader who drives service excellence, guest satisfaction and team performance across daily operations and major event days. What you’ll be doing: Lead service operations across breakfast, lunch and peak event periods, ensuring seamless execution even under pressure Elevate guest experience by lifting RPS, Google and TripAdvisor scores through proactive engagement and service recovery. Engage VIPs and Accor members with personalised recognition and loyalty‑driven experiences. Grow revenue per seat through structured upselling, beverage storytelling and strategic recommendations. Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with LQA standards and Heartist values. Roster, forecast and manage labour, ensuring staffing is aligned with hotel occupancy and event demand. Collaborate strongly with the Culinary Team to maintain smooth service flow and strong product knowledge. Monitor financial performance, including average checks, revenue, COGS awareness and labour percentage. Assist with monthly reporting. Champion compliance and standards across hygiene, RSA, stock control and equipment care
