Electricians – Solar & Battery Installation (BHP Jimblebar) Start Date: 05/03/2026 Site: BHP Jimblebar Shift: Dayshift Roster: 12/9 Hours: 12 hours paid (maximum 12 hours per day) Travel / Mobilisation: Travel time paid 12 hours paid for fly out PM Scope of Works Working alongside a team of electricians familiar with the project, successful candidates will be required to complete the following: Build and install solar arrays including cabling and terminations (MC4 connectors and marshalling terminal boxes) Installation and termination of surge protection devices and associated enclosures Install cables between shelters via cable ladder and underground conduits Installation of batteries into associated racks Testing and commissioning to BHP standards Completing ITRs as required using CCMS Tickets / Licences Required Full WA Electrical Licence Class C Driver’s Licence BHP inducted Desired Experience Solar, battery and DC electrical systems (including testing) Electrical construction experience on mine sites Cable installation in conduits and cable ladder Earthing and earthing terminations Panel terminations Labelling using electrical drawings Completing ITRs
